Arbitrators have no found that both transit operators, whose firings are the impetus for the proposed strikes, were fired maliciously because they were involved in union activitism. Disciplinary action should now take place against London Underground. And once again we see a government agency acting in an unethical, peremptory way against working people and their unions.
