Red Star Over India

Chinese Communists not supporting Maoists in India

The ruling Communist Party of China today said it disapproved the use of violence as a means by leftwing extremist groups to overthrow governments...disapproval of ideology of Naxalites and Maoist groups was highlighted by top CPC official and Chinese Vice Minister Ai Ping ...Asked how China viewed the ideology of India's Naxalites who are also known as Maoists, Ai acknowledged that..."The CPC supported revolutions in the past...

Okay, this made me laugh, and hard, but you know, it really isn't funny. The Beijing bourgeoisie is so enmeshed in international capital that China needs another Boxer Rebellion. Chinese communism died in 1927, what happened in '49 was just denouement.
