I am often surprised by the reaction to what i post here. I've received a lot of favorable comments about this entry: Happy New Year? The Best And Worst Of 2011

I'm not sure why that struck a chord, I've just reread it and doesn't seem to me that it's worthy of the all the praise it has received. but I'm glad a few of you found "inspiration" in it, so my thanks for the especially kind words.

The credit should really go to Wordsworth as he wrote most of it.
