This surprised me. Not that the "rescue" package will lead to default, it's supposed to, but that S&P would say it publicly. This suggests dissension in the ranks. The world's biggest gangster bankers are trying to ram this through and a company infrangibly shackled to them comes out with something like this. Who knows...
