Why Banks Aren’t Lending: The Silent Liquidity Squeeze

The big banks aren't lending because it would bring an end to the recession, and they wouldn't be able to union-bust, or loot countries like Greece etc. When the Owners brought down the economy in 2008, they had specific goals in mind. These would be undermined if they stopped hoarding the world's money supply and allowed the economy to return to normal.
