IMF sees China topping U.S. in 2016

The question is why has global capital decided to move the world's industrial base from here to there? It would be easy (and maybe accurate) to attribute it entirely to labor costs, but is there a larger macroeconomic agenda?

The Chinese government is communist in name only. If one looks at the Chinese Investment Bank one sees the all the usual predators--the Bush, Rockefeller, Rothschild families etc, the same people who dominate Western commerce. Across Africa, the Mideast, and the New World, there is a groundswell of resistance to international capital. Is it possible that it will be easier for the people who own the world to perpetuate their rule with a non-white management team? Is this why they created Obama? Just about everywhere in the world there is resistance/resentment of white/Western dominance of international commerce and politics, will a Chinese profiteer have a better chance of securing trade concessions from the Third World than his white counterpart? In recent years the face of colonialism has changed, Why?

I don't know, just something I've been wondering about lately.
