The theft of land from peasants has been a defining characteristic of this latest wave of global class war. This article is about Mexico but the same things are occurring in Honduras, Zimbabwe, Cameroon, Gabon, Swaziland, Botswana, Nepal, Myanmar, India, China, S. Korea, and probably elsewhere as well. It goes without saying that these land programs have their origins in the IMF and World Bank.
